ブログの宿題：しめ切り 1/29 (月)

 新学期（き）がはじまりましたが、大学生活（せいかつ）はどうですか？　今週末のブログの宿題です。 AかBをえらんで下さい。もちろん、AもBもしてもいいです！

A: 書く宿題

第６課のトピックは「おくり物」ですね。どんな時、だれに、どんなおくり物をあげますか？おくり物の文化（ぶんか culture)についてのポストはどうでしょうか。なるべく習った言葉や文法を思い出して、たくさん長く書いてみて下さい。Noun-modifyも使えるといいです。

                             

B: きく宿題

下にあるGoogle formとブログポストのりょうほう(both)を出してください！Submit Google form & make your blog post!

1) Choose any listening materials in Japanese (Movies, Anime, Song, Drama, Youtube Video, Quiz Show, TV commercial, Game, Radio Program, etc.). As far as you listen to にほんご(Japanese),  any genres and/or length are fine, such as 2-hr movie and 5-min videoclip. You may listen to more than one material with or without subtitles. 

2) Fill out the googleform about your listening/viewing activities. We want to ask you to submit a form for each instance of listening material, so some of you may need to submit multiple forms (once per listening activity). Please write in えいご (English).

ブログの宿題：しめ切り 1/22 (月)

 みなさん、おそくなりましたが、あけましておめでとうございます(Happy New Year)！　　　　　　　　　

冬休みはどうでしたか？　ゆっくり楽しめましたか？

最近（さいきん）の研究（けんきゅう）によると、外国語が上手になるためには、教室（きょうしつ）の授業だけではぜんぜんたりないそうです。やっぱり、教室の外で、自分で日本語をたくさん読んだり、聞いたりしなければなりませんね。ぜひ、好きな本や音楽、アニメ、映画を見つけて、日本語の勉強を楽しんで下さい。

ブログも日本語を「書く」いいチャンスになると思いますから、宿題がない時も、どんどん、たくさん書いて下さい。particleなどのまちがいを心配（しんぱい）しない方がいいです。気楽（きらく at ease)に、たくさん書くようにして下さい。少し英語を使ってもいいし、写真やビデオもどんどん入れた方がいいと思います。

毎週末のブログの宿題では、Aか(or)Bをえらんで下さい。もちろん両方(りょうほう both)してもいいです！

「冬休み」のトピックで、ポストして下さい。書く時に、復習（ふくしゅう）のために、先学期（き）勉強した文法をたくさんつかってみて下さい。Do NOT forget to include visual info!

ブログプロジェクト ：目的 (もくてき objectives)

 今学期（がっき）は、毎週ブログの宿題があります。クラスの外で、たのしんで日本語をつづけることは、とても大切（たいせつ）だからです。これがブログプロジェクトの目的です。

自分で、自発的（じはつてき spontaneously）に日本語の勉強をつづけてください。

 For this class we would like you to keep a blog because it provides a place:

1. To share/express your happiness, surprise, excitement, and/or frustration, as well as any questions you  

   might have, while learning the Japanese language (or any other topics).

• While studying new grammar and words is very important when learning a language, it is equally important to actually use the language in a real life context. You must not wait to express yourself only when you think you have mastered the language because language learning is basically an ongoing process. In the beginning you may use English or any languages to express yourself, but we recommend that you gradually switch to Japanese whenever you feel comfortable enough to express yourself in Japanese.

2. To communicate with your classmates and other people outside of class.

• Language learning is not limited to what you do for the course but also includes what you do and experience outside the class. We will create links to your classmates' blogs as well as blogs by students in other schools, so you can see what other people think and feel about Japanese language learning (as well as other topics). You are also strongly encouraged to leave comments on these blogs.

• We know that your Japanese language is limited, but you can convey your intended meaning more effectively by utilizing other resources such as pictures and videos. Remember that people utilize not only language but also other resources such as tone of your voice, music, body language, picture, color, font style and size for communication.

3. To increase your input (多聴 たちょう/ 多観 たかん: extensive listening/viewing) as well as

　your output (多書: extensive writing) opportunities.

4.  To reflect (or evaluate) what you have done so far.

• Sometimes it is challenging to see our own progress or growth. Blogs help you to look back and see how you have changed through the course of your Japanese language learning.

最後（さいご）のブログのトピックは、「今学期の日本語の勉強と来学期（らいがっき）の計画」です。

 今学期（こんがっき）の日本語のクラスはどうでしたか？２年生の日本語の授業はむずかしかったですか？来学期はどんな授業をとりますか？どんなアクティビティをしようと思っていますか？どんな目標（もくひょう goals）がありますか？

では、期末（きまつ）試験の勉強もがんばりましょう！

みなさん、 もうサンクスギビングのお休みですね！

今回のブログのトピックは「将来（しょうらい）のこと」です。みなさんは、将来の計画を立てていますか。将来どんな仕事をして、どこに住んで、どんな生活をしようと思っていますか。将来の計画について、色々書いて下さいね！

ブログのしゅくだい#8 Due 11月13日（月）

 今週のブログは日本語リスニングです。

タスク１（オプショナル）：クラスメートのブログポストにコメントして下さい。（At least ３人）

タスク２：ビデオを見て（オーディオを聞いて）、感想（かんそう comments, thoughts, opinions）を英語で書いて下さい。

テレビ、DVD、インターネット（YouTube, etc.）、ポッドキャスト、etc. の中から、好きな日本語のコンテンツ(media contents)をピックアップしてください。２分以上 (at least 2 minutes) のコンテンツにして下さい。You can watch multiple contents that are less than 2 minutes. Contents can have subtitles.
